Administrative Assistant To The Principal
Mother Lode Union School District is located in Placerville, California, 32 miles east of Sacramento, in the beautiful foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountain Range. The natural landscape, collegial atmosphere, and supportive community make our district a wonderful place to work. We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to the Principal at Herbert Green Middle School. This position provides support to the Principal and assistance to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
The district contributes $14,334 yearly for health benefits, including dental & vision (prorated for less than full-time or late start).
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Three years of experience in the secretarial field is required. Type at 45 wpm (net) is required. College coursework in Business Administration is desired. Spanish speaking is desired.
Licenses & Other Requirements:
Provide Valid Driver License Pass the California Department of Justice fingerprint clearance Provide current negative Tuberculosis test or pass the Adult Tuberculosis Risk Assessment Questionnaire Current CPR and First Aid Certificate (Basic) Attach to Application:
