  • Describe your experience collaborating with stakeholders such as courts, judicial officers, justice partners, agencies, boards/committees, and elected officials in developing and implementing organizational goals and programs. Provide specific examples of initiatives or issues where this collaboration was critical to achieving successful outcomes.
  • Describe your experience assisting with the development, administration, or monitoring of a large or complex budget within a county or comparable public agency. In your response, include: a. The size and scope of the department and budget you supported. b. Your role in revenue projections or resource allocation decisions. c. How you contributed to oversight of expenditures, purchases, or program funding.

    d. Any experience with funding sources such as grants or special revenue, including your involvement in compliance or reporting.
  • Describe your experience managing or assisting with the development, implementation, and evaluation of probation or related justice programs. In your response, include: a. The types of programs you were involved with and their objectives. b. Your role in program planning, quality control, and performance monitoring. c. Any experience with grant proposal development, funding sources, or accountability frameworks. d. How you measured program effectiveness and used data to inform improvements.
