InAlliance is seeking an experienced and dedicated Community Training Program Director to oversee and lead our Community Training Program (CTP), providing high-quality, person-centered services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
In this role, you will oversee daily program operations, lead and develop staff, ensure compliance with regulatory and program standards, manage the program budget, and develop strategies that promote positive outcomes for the individuals we support. The Community Training (CTP) Program Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the CTP program, ensuring high-quality, person-centered support for individuals served. This includes developing and implementing program policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supervising staff, managing budgets, and maintaining high standards of support for participants through established program goals and objectives.
Essential Functions*:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Community Training Program (CTP).
- Develop, implement, and monitor program policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations and standards per the CTP program design, Regional Center contracts, and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
- Develop program goals and implement strategic plans to enhance program effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes, aligned with organization mission and vision.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure that services are tailored to meet the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each person supported.
- Aid in the development of Individual Service Plans (ISP) based on participants’ needs and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate participant progress and outcomes.
- Develop and manage the program budget.
- Ensure financial sustainability of the program.
- Monitor expenditures and financial performance.
- Implement quality assurance and improvement processes.
- Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the quality and effectiveness of services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, including regional centers, other service providers, and stakeholders.
- Represent the program at community meetings and events.
- Serve as an active member of the organization's leadership team. Attend and contribute to monthly leadership meetings and other strategic sessions as required by the Executive Director.
- Ensure safe operation of all program/work sites in the department.
