This is a full-time hybrid role for an Enrollment Match Support Specialist based in Placerville, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely as needed. The individual in this role will oversee the enrollment and matching process, ensuring the alignment and support of mentor-mentee relationships. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, managing documentation, coordinating credentialing, providing ongoing match support, and addressing inquiries from mentors and mentees.

The specialist will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance program participation and satisfaction.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to effectively interact with diverse individuals
• Experience with Credentialing and Insurance-related processes
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits practices and policies
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
• Previous experience in a nonprofit or youth-focused organization is a plus
