El Dorado Ready is seeking a Field Organizer to build grassroots support across El Dorado County. This is an in-person role focusing on volunteer recruitment, voter contact, and community events, with on-site work most weekdays.
You will recruit and train volunteers, run canvassing and phone banks, track metrics in the campaign data system, and report to the Field Director. The position runs through November 2026 and demands evenings, weekends, and a valid driver's license.
