Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/PA) – Bilingual Spanish Required

Compensation: $66.86 – $80.67 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Advanced Practice Provider to join a fast‑paced outpatient primary care team serving a diverse, multigenerational community. This opportunity is ideal for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about delivering accessible, high‑quality healthcare in a collaborative clinical environment.

This role requires fluency in Spanish, as the provider will support a bilingual patient population and play a key role in improving communication, patient education, and continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
  • Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and treatment planning
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
  • Administer immunizations, injections, suturing, and approved procedures
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using eClinical

    Works (eCW) EMR
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
  • Support patient satisfaction and community outreach efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted California FNP or PA license
  • Current DEA and BLS certification
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • National board certification or eligibility within 12 months of hire
  • Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient primary care experience
  • Experience working in a busy clinical environment
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Proficiency with EMR systems
  • Fluent in Spanish – Required
