Advanced Practice Provider (FNP/PA) – Bilingual Spanish Required
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $66.86 – $80.67 per hour
Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and patient‑focused Advanced Practice Provider to join a fast‑paced outpatient primary care team serving a diverse, multigenerational community. This opportunity is ideal for a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about delivering accessible, high‑quality healthcare in a collaborative clinical environment.
This role requires fluency in Spanish, as the provider will support a bilingual patient population and play a key role in improving communication, patient education, and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
- Perform patient evaluations, physical examinations, and treatment planning
- Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations
- Administer immunizations, injections, suturing, and approved procedures
- Educate patients and families on preventive care and treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation using eClinical
Works (eCW) EMR - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
- Support patient satisfaction and community outreach efforts
- Active and unrestricted California FNP or PA license
- Current DEA and BLS certification
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- National board certification or eligibility within 12 months of hire
- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient primary care experience
- Experience working in a busy clinical environment
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems
- Fluent in Spanish – Required
- Experience in community health or rural outpatient clinics
- Background working with underserved or multicultural patient populations
