Position Overview:

Pro Care Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the  school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity will serve students across multiple school sites and grade levels from preschool through 12th grade.

The position includes a high overall caseload; however, approximately half of the caseload consists of non-public school students who typically require consultation or lower service minutes. The SLP will spend approximately three days per week in a public school setting supporting students in life skills programs and approximately two days per week serving students in non-public settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about supporting students with diverse communication needs while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams across a variety of educational settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades P12
  • Provide services to students in public school life skills programs
  • Support students in non-public school settings through consultation and lower service minutes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Travel between assigned school sites as required
  • Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist
Qualifications:
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Previous school-based experience preferred
  • Experience working with students with diverse communication and support needs preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively across multiple school settings
  • Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
