Job Description
Our company is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.
Position is working on-site 4-8 hours per week (flexible with days).
Responsibilities- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties needed
- Previous experience in accounting and bookkeeping
- Working knowledge of Quick Books is required
- Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
