Villa Maria Nursing Home is seeking a Therapeutic Recreation Director.
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning, implementation and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
- Certificate in Therapeutic Recreation or be a candidate in an accredited degree program with proof of enrollment and eventual completion of a program in Therapeutic Recreation.
- Previous Long‑Term Care experience preferred.
- Therapeutic Recreation Director experience: 1 year preferred.
- Experience in LTC (preferred).
- Job Type: Full‑time.
- Schedule:
8 hour shift.
