Responsibilities- Lead clinical quality and standards at a full-service small-animal hospital offering advanced diagnostics, digital radiology, ultrasound, and laser surgery.
- Shape the hospital’s medical vision, protocols, and clinical excellence across the team while continuing to practice medicine.
- Mentor and develop Associate DVMs and support staff to elevate patient care and team confidence.
- Guide clinical workflow and case management within a collaborative, patient-focused environment serving eastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.
- Set the direction for medical quality with strong operational support in HR, marketing and administration.
- Full-Time or Part-Time available, Relief possible
- Hours of Operation:
Monday – Thursday 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM;
Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM;
Saturday – Sunday Closed

Compensation- Salary is negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities and other relevant credentials. Salary range listed is based on a 40 hour work week.
