Skills Needed: Essential requirements:

1. Western educated, trained and experienced Registered Nurse with valid professional license and registration from the country of origin;
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;
3. Registered Nurse specialized in Psychiatry;
4. Post graduate degree or Post Specialist RN certification or training program in Psychiatry-advantage;
5. At least 6 years of post-graduate clinical  nursing experience in a Hospital or relevant healthcare setting of which at least
2-3 years of current clinical leadership experience in the Psychiatry Department as a Clinical Resource Nurse; including  at least one year as a Clinical Educator; The CRN must have Psychiatry- clinical expertise, excellent management and supervision of the nursing operations and coordination of the clinical patient population in the Psych Department;
6. BLS/ ACLS Certification; RN certification- relevant to area of specialty preferred;

-Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent Nursing Degree not less than 3 years study duration from accredited program;
-Master Degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Healthcare Management, Healthcare Administration or related;
-Minimum 10 years post-qualification clinical experience in an appropriate and relevant healthcare setting; Nurses who have PhD/ Doctoral Degree will need to have only 7 years of post-graduate experience;
-Minimum 3 years of current experience in a DON position or not less than 5 years in a ADON ( Assistant Director of Nursing) position;
-Valid BLS and ACLS certifications; Current PALS certification preferred;
-Advanced Clinical Specialty -Advanced Clinical Nurse Specialist- CNS – preferred;
-PhD Degree in Nursing or Health Services Management preferred;

Skills Needed: Candidates must be an experienced, MA licensed Family / Internal Medicine physician with substance abuse experience and certification to prescribe Suboxone.
