Driving Flex Security Officer

Garda World Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer.

• No set schedule – must be available per diem/on call for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, weekends, and overnights
• Must be able to drive, have a valid driver’s license, and a clean MVR
• Competitive hourly wage of $20.00;

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED (documentation required)
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is an asset
• State license (if required)
