Join us as a Facilities Specialist to help keep our NEW building in Plainfield a beautiful place to work.

Pay from $29 to $36 per hour

• Perform routine maintenance and work on minor building, painting and alteration projects.
• Maintain electrical lighting, large‑scale HVAC and generator systems.
• Adjust, maintain and repair exterior and interior doors and locks.
• Inspect and test fire protection systems.
• Maintain plumbing fixtures and repair restroom facilities.
• Install and reconfigure office workstations and repair furniture and woodwork.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, large‑scale HVAC systems or carpentry.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and completing projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to lift and / or move up to 70 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
