Refrigeration Field Service Technician

Compensation: $38.00 – $45.00/hour + full benefits
Our client is a leading provider of commercial refrigeration and food equipment services across New England. Known for quality service and steady growth, they are looking to add a skilled Field Service Technician to their team.

• Travel to client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration and ice machines
• Complete accurate work orders and service documentation
• Coordinate parts ordering and installation
• Maintain an organized service vehicle and inventory
• Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
• Work with manufacturers on advanced diagnostics
• Communicate clearly with customers and provide service recommendations

• 5+ years of refrigeration or related equipment experience
• EPA certification
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with gas, electric, plumbing, or steam systems (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license with clean record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work
• Strong organization, communication, and customer service skills
