What You’ll Do
- Safely drive and operate a company-provided delivery van
- Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages
- Use a handheld device for route navigation and delivery instructions
- Deliver packages accurately, safely, and professionally
- Follow all safety, driving, and customer delivery procedures
- Get in and out of the van throughout the shift
- Walk, climb stairs, and carry packages during the route
- Work in varying weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, and snow
- Communicate with dispatch and team leaders as needed
- Support the team with rescue routes when needed
This is an active, fast-paced driving role. Routes may include 150+ stops per day
, and drivers should be comfortable getting in and out of the van many times during a shift. Routes may vary by day, and specific route locations or exact finish times are not guaranteed.
New drivers receive paid training and are typically introduced through a graduated route ramp-up so they can build confidence before moving into full routes.
Schedule- 10-hour shifts
- Full-time schedules are typically 3–4 days per week
- Weekend availability is strongly preferred
- Morning start times may vary based on station operations

- $23.50–$26.00 per hour

- Be at least 21 years old
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be eligible to work in the United States
- Be able to lift, carry, and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Be comfortable driving a delivery van
- Be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Be dependable, professional, and safety-focused
- Be able to use a smartphone or handheld delivery device
- Successfully complete required pre-employment screening, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening as permitted or required by law and company policy
