Responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair a fleet of dry‑van and flat‑bed semi‑trucks and trailer bodies, including systems and components.
- Perform preventative, warrantable, and accident‑related maintenance.
- Inspect suspension, wheel‑end, braking, and structural components to meet company and DOT specifications.
- Test equipment for performance issues and ensure DOT compliance.
- Demonstrate self‑motivation, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Provide the safest and most efficient trucks/trailers to drivers and customers.
- Utilize OEM diagnostic platforms for troubleshooting and repair and engage in continuous learning through training opportunities.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Minimum of two years of verifiable experience in the trailer repair industry.
- Must possess required tooling applicable to listed repairs (main air tools provided).
- Achieve at least 85% productivity and 95% efficiency.
