- Record Keeping: Accurately record all incoming and outgoing inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and shipments.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel, Google sheets extensively for the flow of data within the shipping/receiving department.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents, such as logs, forms, and reports, primarily using MRP, Excel and Google sheets.
- Shipping and Receiving Support: Assist the shipping and receiving teams with verifying quantities and quality of materials.
- Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve shipping/receiving issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
