Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accounting Manager:

• Lead month-end and year-end close ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Oversee account reconciliations, financial reporting, and core accounting functions
• Manage and develop accounting and accounts payable staff
• Support manufacturing accounting including inventory, standard costing, and variance analysis
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and ERP-related initiatives
• Lead special projects including audit readiness and accounting policy updates

Qualifications for the Senior Accounting Manager:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
• Prior experience managing accounting staff
