• Greet customers and deliver a premium first-class experience
• Write repair orders clearly and accurately
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians efficiently
• Build estimates and explain repairs/services confidently
• Upsell maintenance, repairs, upgrades, and recommended services
• Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
• Answer inbound phone calls, texts, and service inquiries
• Schedule appointments and maintain organized workflow
• Follow up with customers during and after repairs
• Handle invoicing/payment collection
• Help uphold the reputation and standards of The Premiere Experience

• Automotive service advisor/writer experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair terminology
• Sales-minded mentality with strong closing/upselling ability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with Shopmonkey CRM shop software
• Passion for automotive culture is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of performance/custom vehicles is a major plus
