• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills — we need technicians who can find the problem, not simply replace parts

• Able to work efficiently, stay organized, and perform well in a fast-paced repair shop
• ASE certifications are a plus, but are not required
• Open to completing occasional training and continuing-education courses as needed

• Handling routine maintenance, service, and tune-ups
• Preparing accurate labor and repair-time estimates
• Inspecting and testing vehicles to identify recommended repairs and services
