Pet Butler LLC, a Spring‑Green Enterprise company, is seeking a full‑time Jr Franchise Business Consultant to support our franchises in building their businesses. This hybrid role requires some remote days and weekly attendance in Plainfield, IL.

In this role, you will coach, train, and help franchise owners implement a profitable success system that enables them to achieve their goals and dreams. This position requires someone who desires to help others succeed and can build successful relationships with franchise entrepreneurs. Annual salary $55k-$65k based on experience.

Summary

The Junior Business Consultant (JBC) supports franchise owners in driving operational consistency, accountability, and business growth. This role partners closely with Business Consultants to coach franchisees in operational execution, financial performance, marketing, and business planning.

Serving as a liaison between franchise owners and the Support Center, the JBC ensures franchisees effectively leverage systems, tools, and resources to maximize revenue, improve profitability, and grow market share. This is a developmental role designed to build skills necessary to advance into a Business Consultant position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and their teams
  • Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring proactive, clear communication and responsiveness between franchisees and Support Center teams
  • Support onboarding, logistics and integration of new franchise owners, including training and follow‑up, as well as franchise meetings, NTC, workshops/webinars, peer groups, Franchise owner and mid‑year client surveys and coaching calls
  • Reinforce company standards, processes, and franchise agreements including managing all Compliance related activities and programs
  • Guide franchisees in understanding & implementing best practices, system standards, accountability and ongoing performance follow‑up
  • Assist with organizing and maintaining documentation, including business plans, FO Note documentation, action plans, scorecards, and compliance records
  • Manage communications and tickets between franchisees and internal teams to ensure responsiveness and clarity
  • Develop training material, documentation, operational milestones, and knowledgebase & PBU content
  • Reinforce early‑stage business planning and operational discipline
  • Partner with internal teams to support franchise success, ensuring timely and effective communication across departments and franchise owners
  • Continually learn and understand more about the large‑scale operations of the COF; communicate and incorporate knowledge gained from COF operations into the best practices and growth strategies for IOFs and facilitate the free flow of ideas and best practices between the Support Center and COF. Help identify system‑wide trends, challenges, and opportunities
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Financial Management or related field required
  • Two years of successful related business experience measured success through customer retention or revenue growth
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid driver’s license required with good driving record. CFI - Certified Franchise Executive a plus.
