We are looking for someone friendly to join our small office (Family) in the Dispatch & General office position. We are looking for a Full Time person starting at $16.00 to $17.00 base on experience. Someone that has a friendly clear speaking voice ready to answer phone calls and dispatch out to technicians. Very accurate when entering jobs and patient with customers.
You would also be taking credit card payments over the phone from technicians or customers. Also basic general office duties including filing, emailing, cleaning area and multitask on special projects.
Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday. Friday 8:00 - 3:00.
