Oakbrook Endodontic Associates
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, creating a warm and welcoming experience while helping ensure the smooth, efficient operation of our specialty practice.

Our experienced team is committed to delivering outstanding patient care while partnering closely with referring dentists to achieve the best possible care. We take pride in creating a positive experience for every patient and fostering a collaborative, supportive workplace for our team.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 7:30-5:30, subject to change
Responsibilities- Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of dental front office experience
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary range for this role is $23-$25 per hour.
