Sr. Level BIM Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to help lead our Building Information Modeling (BIM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of BIM processes across various projects, ensuring collaboration among teams and adherence to industry standards. This role requires a strong understanding of design software and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while fostering a culture of innovation and efficiency.

Duties

• Develop and implement BIM strategies that align with project goals and client requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the creation and maintenance of 3D models using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navis Works.
• Provide training and support to team members on BIM tools and best practices.
• Conduct regular reviews of models to ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and integration of project changes.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues related to BIM processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance project delivery.

Experience

• Proven experience in a similar role within the architecture, engineering, or construction industries.
• Proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, CAD, 2D animation tools, Solid Works, Revit, Navis Works, and Sketchup.
• Strong understanding of BIM methodologies and standards.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on continuous improvement.
