Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) – Outpatient Practice Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group – Position Overview
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our established outpatient practice located in Plainfield, Illinois. This is a full‑time, employed position with a focus on providing high‑quality, compassionate care to a diverse patient population in a collaborative, supportive environment.
- Specialties Accepted: Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Setting: 100% outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- No inpatient or hospital call responsibilities
- Average patient load: Manageable volume to ensure quality care
- Support staff: Experienced clinical and administrative team
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Fully integrated system for streamlined documentation

Compensation & BenefitsPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $275,000‑$300,000 on an annualized basis.
The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
