06/06/2026 - Salary placement shall be made by the Board or the Board designee and is commensurate with education and experience pursuant to the APT Negotiated Agreement
- Previous experience credit granted for up to a maximum of eight (8) years of verified relevant experience.
- Additional stipend in accordance with APT Negotiated Agreement

In accordance with APT Calendar
- Assist the administrative team in establishing a school climate which encourages good conduct, positive attitudes and values for all students.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff members, parents, and students.
- Carry out established discipline expectations and/or guidelines.
- Work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Assist the administrative team to develop school improvement plans that contain strategies to improve learning and discipline.
- Analyze and interpret school level data.
- Responsible for student attendance, conduct, health and safety.
- Participate in staff development and school improvement activities in order to maintain professional growth.
- Participate in events outside of the regularly scheduled work day such as orientation, open houses, or conferences.
- Experience working with a diverse population is preferred but not required.
- Supervision of after school activities.
- Valid State of Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsements registered in Will County/Region 56
- Certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider
