• FTE: .40 — 9 Month Position

• Assist students in selecting appropriate courses and determining the number of courses and schedule needed for new school years.
• Monitor academic and attendance records to identify potential at-risk students or lack of credit to achieve graduation, and notify administration.
• Assist the administrative team in establishing a school climate that encourages good conduct, positive attitudes and values for all students.
• Build positive relationships with students, parents and staff members.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with staff members, parents, and students.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Administer appropriate academic tests to students as needed.
• Participate in staff development and school improvement activities to maintain professional growth.
• Participate in events outside of the regularly scheduled work day such as orientation, open houses, or conferences.
• Experience working with a diverse population is preferred but not required.

• Valid State of Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate endorsements registered in Will County/Region 56
• Certificate of good health signed by a licensed medical provider
