Qualifications & Experience

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with school-aged children in educational or therapeutic settings
• Strong understanding of behavior intervention strategies and collaborative goal-setting
• Proven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement evidence-based interventions for Early Childhood through Grade 8 students
• Provide ongoing training and support to educators and paraprofessional staff
• Collaborate closely with team members and families to review progress and adjust interventions
• Document and report on student progress, program outcomes, and data collection regularly
• Support cooperative programming initiatives, ensuring each student's needs are met within the cooperative framework
