Elementary Special Education Teacher (LBS1)

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher (LBS1) to join an Illinois elementary school for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity serves 2nd and 3rd grade students in an inclusion classroom, where you'll work alongside general education teachers to provide individualized support that helps students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

This position is ideal for an educator who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences, adapting instruction to meet diverse learning needs, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure every student has the opportunity to succeed.

As the special education teacher, you will provide individualized and small-group instruction within an elementary inclusion classroom while developing and implementing IEPs tailored to each student's needs. Differentiate instruction and accommodations, monitor student progress, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with classroom teachers, families, and related service providers, participate in IEP meetings, and help create a structured, inclusive learning environment that promotes student confidence, independence, and academic success.

Requirements:

• School-based experience is welcomed but not required.
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an LBS1 endorsement.
• At least a Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a closely related discipline.
