Our clinicians are supported by an experienced operations coordinator who manages billing, credentialing, scheduling, marketing, and other administrative tasks. This allows the team to focus entirely on delivering high-quality care under the guidance of the founder.

To meet the growing demand in our community, we’ve recently acquired an additional 1,400 square feet of office space and anticipate launching this expansion in the Winter of 2026. With this growth, we plan to hire one new clinician every couple of months and continue building a vibrant, connected team.

Position: Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time W-2

• Provide individual therapy sessions to clients of varying ages and backgrounds
• Create and maintain personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members as needed
• Engage in regular supervision and consultation

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active licensure in Illinois (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW or LMFT)
• Clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Commitment to ethical practice and client-centered care

• Flexible hybrid scheduling
• Office space is currently shared and cozy, with more flexibility expected when our new offices launch in the Spring of 2026
• Evening and weekend availability may accelerate caseload development

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience

• W-2 employment—we handle taxes for you
• Health Insurance:
  Eligible once you reach a full-time caseload (minimum show of 12 clients per week).
• 401(k) Retirement Plan:
  Available starting August 2026
• 40 hours of paid time off per year, in accordance with the Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act
