• Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus): $93,000–$113,000 plus up to an additional 10% of your monthly salary with our second bonus.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.

  • ABA Caseload Bonus: Earn additional monthly bonus opportunities based on ABA direct service hours billed and converted within your POD, with bonus potential up to 10% of monthly base salary.
• Growth and Advancement Opportunities: You’ll advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing focus on leadership, talent cultivation, and broader professional interests.

• Administrative Support: Our dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, leaving you more time to focus on clinical care and patients.

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
• Driving Requirement: This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.
