• Daily Care Duties
  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing and personal hygiene, grooming and dressing, mobility assistance and transfers, non-skilled personal and skin care support, meal preparation and nutrition assistance, light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe home environment, companionship and emotional support, medication reminders, and ambulation assistance.
• Client Support & Relationship Building
  • Develop meaningful and trusting relationships with assigned clients.
  • Deliver reliable, consistent care that promotes independence and dignity.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff.
  • Maintain professional caregiving standards at all times.

• Must Have
  • Active Illinois CNA Certification
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to stand, pivot, and safely assist clients with transfers
  • Dependable attendance and professional approach to client care
• Nice to Have
  • Previous home care experience
  • Experience working with seniors in a one-on-one setting
  • Training or experience in Dementia Care, Parkinson's Care, or Hospice Care
