Program Supervisor

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Compensation: $21.45 per hour

Prerequisites: Previous experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or similar, plus management experience.

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform administrative duties such as staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals receiving services, including assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Balance tasks between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Other licensure or certification required by regulatory authorities, if applicable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to establish rapport with team members and those served.
• Strong organizational abilities to maintain staffing schedules.
