Role Description The Operations Project Manager, Healthcare Operations & Client Implementation will oversee end-to-end implementation and operational workflows for health plan clients on SNT Biotech’s screening platform. This full-time, on-site role in Plainfield, IL includes coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring smooth onboarding of new health plans and programs. Responsibilities include mapping operational processes, monitoring performance against HEDIS and Stars-related metrics, and driving continuous improvement in lab, logistics, and member engagement operations.
The Operations Project Manager will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, track project milestones, manage issue resolution, and prepare status reports and operational dashboards. The role also involves supporting budgeting and resource planning, documenting procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory, data security, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination.
- Program Management and Budgeting skills to manage project plans, timelines, resources, and financial performance.
- Analytical Skills to interpret operational data, track key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, engaging clients, and preparing clear reports and documentation.
- Experience in healthcare operations, payer or provider environments, or clinical laboratory settings is highly beneficial.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, prioritize multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quality, compliance, and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST) is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
