Air Freight Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the air import & export team.
• Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and timely.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of air import and export coordinators.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve issues related to shipments such as delays, damages, or customs clearance problems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, international business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and/or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems preferred.

Demonstrates expertise in air import and export operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective communication with stakeholders. Proficient in problem‑solving and analytical skills to address shipment issues and optimize team performance.
