My client is seeking a Project Manager to lead industrial and capital projects from concept through completion. This role offers the opportunity to oversee impactful projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive initiatives that support operational growth and continuous improvement.
We're looking for a hands‑on leader with field experience who can effectively manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholders while ensuring successful project execution.
What You'll Do- Lead industrial and capital projects from planning and design through implementation and closeout
- Manage project schedules, budgets, scope, and deliverables
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors, vendors, and leadership teams
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams and field personnel
- Conduct site visits and oversee field activities to ensure safety, quality, and project milestones are achieved
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive projects to completion while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and performance
- Experience managing industrial and capital projects
- Previous field‑based project management experience required
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and project stakeholders
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Solid Works
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $130,000
- 10% Discretionary Bonus
