Allways Precision has an excellent career opportunity for an Industrial Control Panel Builder / Electrical Assembler. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our talented growing team.

Responsibilities

* Construct, test, and install, industrial control panels, systems, and components

* Pull parts out of inventory using a machine/panel BOM

* Wire and troubleshoot new and old machines

* Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field

* Commission new machines

* Courteous to customers and co-workers

Qualifications

* 1 or more years of electrical experience

* Able to read and understand electrical schematics

* Be familiar with and maintain knowledge of NEMA, NEC, NFPA, UL and IEC codes

* Ensure systems and components meet established specifications

* Able to route and bundle wires and cables to established standards

* Experienced with voltage range up to 600 Volts

* Skilled in the use of measuring, diagnostic, and hand tools

* Knowledge in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

* Basic motor control knowledge and AC drive programing

* Able to lift 50 pounds

You should be proficient in:

* PLC Troubleshooting Skills

* Electrical Schematics

* Electrical Troubleshooting Skills

* Troubleshooting Industrial Automation Equipment

* PLC Wiring Experience

* Troubleshooting CNC Machines

* Excellent Communication Skills

* Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Machines & technologies you'll use:

* Servo Motors

* Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)

* Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) (Allen Bradley, Schneider Electric, B&R Industrial Automation)
