Marketing Account Manager – Pet Butler

SGE Marketing Services Inc. seeks a full‑time Marketing Account Manager for our Pet Butler brand in Plainfield, IL. The role is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, additional services, and customer retention for the Pet Butler franchise network. The Marketing Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between franchise brand leaders, franchise support teams, internal marketing resources, external vendors, and franchise owners.

Reporting directly to the Pet Butler President, this position oversees marketing initiatives from project brief to execution and delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating and developing franchise owner communications such as newsletters, Knowledge Base and Operating Manual updates, special reports, franchise‑specific webinars, and regional and national conference training sessions. The role also works with stakeholders to ensure the completion of the annual planning process, collaborates with Business Consultants and Franchise Operations to achieve franchise owners’ commitments to annual marketing activities and spend, and ensures adherence to the annual playbook process.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience managing marketing programs, calendars, brands and budgets while collaborating with a variety of stakeholders.

• Annual salary range: $68,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience.
