Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Full Time | 40 hours/week
• Hours:
  
  Monday
  - Friday: 8am - 4:30pm, no weekends or holidays.

• Independently provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care for a patient population on a specific unit
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed assistive personnel in delivering interdisciplinary patient care
• Communicate and collaborate with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

• Licensure:
  Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure, required.
• Education:
  
  Associate's in Nursing, required. Bachelor's in Nursing, strongly preferred.
• Certification:
  Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association, required. OCN/ONS provider card preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 1 year of Oncology Outpatient Infusion Center experience required;
  If no oncology experience, ED, ICU, PACU experience highly preferred.
