Role:
Registered Nurse
Location:LOH Main - Naperville
Type:Full Time
Hours:7pm-7:30am
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients, develop and implement care plans, document care, and evaluate outcomes.
- Welcome patients, promote a safe environment, and supervise staff.
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges through collaboration with relevant departments.
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather and analyze health data, contributing to interdisciplinary planning.
- Participate in department goal setting, quality improvement, and staff training.
- Supervise patient care, manage resources within budget, and serve as a role model for staff and students.
- Nursing degree and current Illinois RN license.
- CPR certification; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and therapeutic systems management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional competence.
