- Naperville unit. This full-time role supports PM shifts (3pm-11pm) and night shifts (7pm-7am), with a 36-hour week schedule in a dynamic psychiatric setting.
You will assess patients, develop and administer care plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, therapeutic care and smooth patient transitions. Strong confidentiality and nursing competence are essential.
