• Greeting and building rapport with customers.
• Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
• Respond to customer questions effectively.
• Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.
• Basic department cleaning upkeep.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products.
• Assist with price checks for the Dairy/Frozen department.
• Use a baler if trained, age 18+.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requires working in a cool/cold environment as the Dairy department includes cold and frozen items.

• Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
• Adapt to a high‑volume retail environment while working in cross‑functional teams.
• Take initiative when problems arise.
• Flexibility in a variety of situations.
• Pay advanced attention to detail, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional interaction.
• Multitask and organizational skills.
• Lift/Carry 10–50 lbs.

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store.
• Work environment noise ranges from quiet to loud.
• Cold environment in the Dairy/Frozen department.
• Minimal sitting.

Hourly wage range: $15.00 - $20.00.

Within this range, pay is determined by location and factors including skills, experience, and education. The Company offers medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Employees can participate in the 401(k) plan with safe‑harbor match. Information is provided in accordance with IL Senate Bill HB2139 and state and local minimum wage standards.
