As a cashier, you will provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service. You will use point‑of‑sale equipment to register sales by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customers’ purchases.

• Process customer purchases and perform general cleaning duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Provide feedback to management on product, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
• Comply with all established company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 15 years or older and provide a workers permit.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Regularly required to stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work environment typical of a retail store; noise level ranges from quiet to loud. Front end of store is partially cooler and must be comfortable in a cooler‑than‑normal temperature.
• Minimal sitting required.

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company expects to pay for this position. Individual pay is determined by location and other factors. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits. Team Members can also participate in the company’s 401k plan with a safe harbor match.
