Retail Service Specialist

O'Reilly Automotive -  - Responsibilities:
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs;
Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers are processed in a timely manner and customers are contacted upon shipment arrivals as needed;
Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently and according to procedure;
Ensure returns are processed in an efficient and friendly manner and refunds issued accurately;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store;
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned;
Ensure team adheres to posted work schedules and clock in/out according to policy;
Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including securing money/deposits and arming/disarming security alarms;
Other duties as assigned
