Inbound & Outbound Sales Representative – DRF Water Heater Solutions

Compensation Range: $76,000 – $90,000+ annually
(Includes base salary and commission; actual earnings depend on performance)

, we help homeowners restore comfort when their water heater fails. You’ll work a mix of high-intent inbound leads and strategic outbound follow-up (previous inquiries, unsold estimates, and warm opportunities). No cold calling just real conversations with homeowners who already know our name.

Base salary: $50,000 annually

Commission: Weekly commission based on closed sales

Expected total compensation: $76,000–$90,000+

Manage your pipeline while maintaining a high level of urgency and professionalism

Experience or comfort with both inbound and outbound sales conversations

Ability to perform well in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment

Strong communication, follow-up, and closing skills

Motivation to earn commission through performance
