Carrier Sales Representative

Carrier Sales Representative at NVR Freight LLC plays a key role in day-to-day brokerage execution by identifying carrier capacity, building carrier partnerships, and ensuring shipments move efficiently from origin to destination. This position works in close coordination with internal sales and operations teams to support multiple customer accounts in a fast-moving logistics environment.

• Identify, vet, and secure carrier capacity for customer freight
• Coordinate load coverage while supporting pricing and margin goals
• Oversee shipment progress from pickup to delivery and address issues as they arise
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with carrier partners
• Accurately document shipment details and updates in internal systems
• Assist with issue escalation and problem resolution when service disruptions occur
• Provide weekend coverage on a rotating schedule, as required
• Partner with the Carrier Sales Manager and team to support daily brokerage activities
