POSITION SUMMARY

The MSB Sales Associate is responsible for promoting Tony’s MSB products and services through excellent customer service, ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures. The primary goal is to profitably grow sales of MSB products and services by welcoming customers, guiding them through the offerings, answering questions, and ensuring a pleasant experience; following training manuals and SOPs; maintaining AML & BSA certifications;

recommending related products; conducting and registering transactions in the POS; and being accountable for recorded sales, cash, and transactions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proven track record of delivering outstanding results with persistence, self‑directed action, and proactive qualities.
  • Dedicated to meeting expectations of internal and external customers, demonstrating care, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with diverse people.
  • Promote all financial services offered to every customer who visits the store.
  • Comply with company policies, the Bank Secrecy Act, and AML regulations as well as partnering business requirements.
  • Pass and complete required AML compliance training and all assigned training sessions.
  • Maintain a clean working area, report maintenance needs, and keep equipment in optimal condition.
  • Operate computers and process all financial transactions efficiently.
  • Understand how to operate office equipment and perform related duties.
  • Safekeep cash from all financial transactions.
  • Provide the highest level of customer service to all customers.
  • Inform the supervisor of any events requiring intervention.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

  • Maintain a positive work environment.
  • Deal with confidential information appropriately.
  • Willingness to cover a flexible work schedule.
  • Deliver appropriate information to customers to increase sales.
  • Knowledgeable in computer navigation and software.

  • Work with minimal or no supervision, under pressure, in a fast‑paced environment, and exhibit excellent multi‑tasking skills.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma.
  • Spanish and English bilingual.
  • Desired but not required:
    • Sales experience
    • Cash handling experience
    • Financial services experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and use hands for handling objects, tools, or controls.
  • Requires good visual acuity with close focus ability.
  • Work environment is typical of an office.

Pay scale $15.00–$20.03. The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results and metrics.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members. Team Members are also able to participate in the company’s 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.
