Bilingual Multi- Customer Service Specialist; Spanish

Customer Service Specialists work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about Sherwin‑Williams products, recommend solutions, and promptly resolve any concerns. They maintain high‑quality visual standards, meet sales goals, and work effectively at Store #3270 (11850 Route #59 Suite #100 Plainfield, IL 60585) with 20% of their time spent at Plainfield South Store 3262. The role is full‑time, with a starting salary of $19.75 per hour.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in accordance with company policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Assist in making deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in‑stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Proficient reading, writing, and communication in English.
• Proficient reading, writing, and communication in Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Ability to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
• For internal candidates, a "meets expectations" rating on the most recent performance appraisal.
• For internal candidates, completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Experience selling paint or paint‑related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
