Landscape Account Manager

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or landscape/facilities services.
• Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, turf/plant health, irrigation, and seasonal color.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with property managers, HOAs, and facility directors.
• Skilled in proposals, presentations, and upselling enhancement projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; estimating software experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel to client sites required.
• Preferred:
  Aspire software experience, ability to read site plans/blueprints, bilingual (English/Spanish).

• Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through site visits, follow‑ups, and clear communication.
• Drive sales growth by securing new maintenance, enhancement, and snow contracts.
• Identify property needs, estimate, and generate proposals for added‑value services.
• Act as liaison between clients and operations teams for maintenance, enhancements, and snow services.
• Support renewals, collections, and public relations efforts, including networking and community events.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and seasonal snow operations.
