Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Monitor access control points, verify credentials and visitor information, and document entries and exits in accordance with site procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, docks, gates, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations;
Support truck traffic and delivery access procedures by observing vehicle movement, communicating with drivers and site personnel, and completing required reports related to security-related events
